Μία υποστηρικτική διαδικτυακή ημερίδα (με τη συμμετοχή και των έξι ομοτίμων πόλεων-εταίρων) για την πορεία έξι ολοκληρωμένων σχεδίων δράσης.

Θυμάστε πώς πηγαίνατε στο σχολείο; Στο παρελθόν, τα περισσότερα παιδιά περπατούσαν στο σχολείο και οι σύγχρονες γειτονιές σχεδιάστηκαν γύρω από τα σχολεία. Ένας σύντομος και ασφαλής περίπατος στο σχολείο θεωρήθηκε ως δείκτης για την ποιότητα ζωής, την κοινωνική ισότητα και τη συνοχή.

Οι μικρές πόλεις συχνά διατρέχουν μεγαλύτερο κίνδυνο από τις αρνητικές επιπτώσεις των παγκόσμιων τάσεων που οδηγούν σε οικονομική ύφεση. Ταυτόχρονα, είναι τα μέρη όπου ένα σημαντικό ποσοστό του πληθυσμού της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης ζει και εργάζεται. Πώς μπορούμε λοιπόν να αντιμετωπίσουμε τα αναπτυξιακά προβλήματα και τις ευκαιρίες σε τοπικό επίπεδο μέσω της τοποθέτησης των παγκόσμιων συνεπειών και των εγχώρια διαθέσιμων πόρων στο συγκεκριμένο πλαίσιο; Πώς μπορούμε να αναπτύξουμε ανθεκτικές τοπικές κυβερνήσεις σε μια εποχή που ο κόσμος έρχεται αντιμέτωπος με μία παγκόσμια πανδημία και ορισμένες πόλεις αντιμετωπίζουν οικονομική κρίση; Σύμφωνα με τις αρχές της Τοπικής Οικονομικής Ανάπτυξης (ΤΟΑ), η τοπική ανάπτυξη πρέπει να προσεγγίζεται στρατηγικά και χωρίς αποκλεισμούς, ενώ οι απαιτητικές αποφάσεις πρέπει να καθοδηγούνται από στόχους βιωσιμότητας.

Digital transformation has become a need and a priority in public administrations that pursue a strategic approach to digitizing public services, increasing the standard of living, and focusing on people's well-being. After a period of two years dedicated to extensive actions to support, test and pilot smart cities solutions within the Alba Iulia Smart City pilot project, Alba Iulia started the elaboration of the digitalization and Smart City strategy of the municipality, a procedure carried out by public tender within the framework of the project "Alba Iulia Municipality – Intelligent Administration", having the Cluj IT Cluster Association as the provider of the strategic document. The process of drafting the strategic document will follow the 11 priority vertical directions of Alba Iulia for the next period of development of the urban ecosystem.
