The C-Change Pilot Action Programme: Creative Messages

The C-Change project has created a Pilot Action Programme (PAP) in each of its partner cities. The PAP provided seed funding to artists and arts organisations to create a piece of work that will educate and influence behaviour change in relation to climate action.

Last May, the city council of A Coruña, through the European Project RU:RBAN, participated in the international meeting promoted by the city of Rome, to discuss and exchange ideas on the creation of urban gardens with the city of Barranquilla ( Colombia).

C-Change - An Introduction

C-Change will bring together cities to mobilise their arts and culture sectors to lead climate action by inspiring citizens to act, reducing carbon emissions and developing local policies. Lead by Manchester City Council and funded by URBACT.
