• Proven expertise in evaluating grant applications related to youth entrepreneurship, environmental protection,
community development, and capacity building, with strong focus on EU-funded and donor-supported initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of the regional civil society landscape, policy frameworks, and development challenges in North
Macedonia and the Western Balkans.
• Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications, and
public relations activities.
• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal sales skills.
• Experience developing and managing budgets, hiring, training, supervising, and appraising personnel.
• Demonstrated successful experience in writing press releases, making presentations, and negotiating with media.
• Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications.
• Computer literacy in word processing, database management, and page layout.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
