Summary
For over a decade, I have worked internationally across cross-sectoral project development, creative strategy, and policy innovation—contributing to all stages of project design, from vision-building and stakeholder mapping to implementation, evaluation, and impact framing. My curiosity and reliability have led me to collaborate across a wide spectrum of art forms and cultural contexts, supporting initiatives that connect creativity with systemic change.
In the past five years, I’ve focused closely on how cultural, social, economic, environmental, and political dimensions intersect at the city level—developing methodologies that integrate these layers into inclusive, future-oriented programmes. I specialize in bridging communities through strategic initiatives such as the European Capital of Culture, UNESCO Creative Cities Network. I’ve led international strategy for city of Aveiro 2027, co-developed the UCCN Braga Manifesto (legacy of XVI UCCN Annual Conference in Braga 2024), and designed youth-led policy session that amplify civic imagination and intergenerational dialogue. Most recently, I supported the Horizon Europe bid Science Comes to Town, designing the programme and stakeholder integration to foster cross-sectoral collaboration between creativity, science, and citizen participation in knowledge development.
As a creative catalyst and full-stack developer, I mobilize diverse stakeholders—cities, institutions, networks, NGOs, and grassroots communities—around shared visions and successfully facilitate strategic dialogues with (inter-)governmental institutions. I design novel frameworks that empower collaboration through creative and innovation-oriented approaches, addressing contemporary challenges and enabling inclusive, sustainable development. My facilitation approach is rooted in trust, ethics, and imagination, enabling meaningful partnerships that activate dialogue, capacity building, and citizen engagement.
I’ve conceptualized and supported large-scale cooperation projects, developed soft skills curricula for performing arts professionals (INSPIRE), and coordinated transnational mobility grants (Roberto Cimmetta Fund). I’ve served as a Strategy Group Member for A Soul for Europe, an Advisory Committee Member for IETM, and recognized as expert for URBACT, EIT Culture & Creativity, and the European Capital of Culture panel action.
My learning journey includes the INSPIRE, CREATE AND ELEVATE: Co-create the future through interdisciplinary entrepreneurship by Research and Innovation Office (RIO) at Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Portugal), RigaTechGirls Mentoring programme, Google AI Essential, OECD Summer Academy, Global Cultural Relations Programme, Music Cities Exchange, and The Festival Academy.
Liveliness, tactfulness, and attention to detail shape my approach to communication, negotiation, and collaboration. Beyond all, the Ocean and the practice of surfing are how I am immersing myself in an exploration of infinitive knowledge, this way shaping a way of life.
