I bring over 15 years of international experience supporting inclusive, gender-responsive, and participatory policies across urban and local contexts. My work spans programme design, strategic communication, evaluation, applied research, and stakeholder facilitation within the UN system, the European Commission, the World Bank, and civil society networks.

Specialized in translating complex global frameworks (e.g., SDG5, EU Urban Agenda) into practical action, I have led initiatives on GBV prevention, intercultural dialogue, and post-crisis recovery across Europe, the Caribbean, Latin America, Central Asia, West Africa, and Southeast Asia. I am committed to advancing systemic transformation through equity, intersectionality, and co-creation with local actors.
