I am the head of the planning, programming, and control service, working with all sectors of the City and in collaboration with the Mayor. I am responsible for identifying national and European calls for proposals, building local, national, and European partnerships, and assisting all sectors of the Administration in the implementation of complex project proposals, particularly European calls for proposals. I work as permanent employee for the Municipality of Cinisello Balsamo since 2003. I covered several roles as responsible for educational, social and cultural services with the aim of innovate and develop strategies, programs and public services (also in partnership with local stakeholder) to fit the public policies with the real needs of the territory. I became an expert on Public Policies and Project Management. I work with a very smart and dynamic team of young collaborators (all permanent employee). We reached several important development goals and became a strong point of reference for the policy makers, our colleagues and the local stakeholder.
