From Manchester to Mantova: A ULG Success Story

Covid-19 udziela miastom cennych lekcji na temat rozwiązania problemu bezdomności

Pandemia Covid-19 wzięła nas z zaskoczenia. W mgnieniu oka nadeszły dramatyczne zmiany, które rozprzestrzeniły się na wszystkie aspekty życia społecznego. Systemy społeczne musiały szybko się do nich przystosować. Nie inaczej wyglądała sytuacja w 9 miastach będących częścią projektu ROOF* w ramach Europejskiej Sieci Planowania Działań URBACT, dotyczącego zakończenia problemu bezdomności dzięki rozwiązaniom mieszkaniowym. Poradzenie sobie z sytuacją, w której należało pilnie pomóc najbardziej zagrożonej grupie, tj. bezdomnym, zwłaszcza osobom nocującym pod gołym niebem oraz mieszkającym w schroniskach, wymagało wzmożonych i skoordynowanych wysiłków.
