RE:START is an URBACT-funded Transfer Network on boosting the attractiveness of mid-sized cities. It will capitalise on the experience of Idanha-a-Nova (PT) reverting depopulation by creating new pathways for growth, using innovative place branding as a main driver. Along with Idanha, the transfer cities are Jonadi (IT), Loutraki (EL), Marina Alta functional area (ES), Nyborg (DK) and Khotyn (UA).
