Through the Healthy Cities Lifestyle Deep Dive, Falerna is developing effective, locally targeted urban interventions for health that are directly linked to the behavior of current residents.

Online-Abschlussveranstaltung des URBACT-Netzwerks ALT/BAU

In vielen europäischen historischen Stadtzentren gibt es aufgrund des demografischen, wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Wandels immer mehr leerstehende und sanierungsbedürftige Gebäude. Das URBACT Transfer-Netzwerk ALT/BAU (Alternative Building Activation Units) hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, alternative Konzepte für verfallende Wohnungsbestände zu erstellen. Dabei hat die Lead-Partner-Stadt Chemnitz ihre guten Erfahrungen, die sie mit der Agentur StadtWohnen in diesem Bereich gemacht hat, an die anderen europäischen Partnerstädte im Netzwerk weitergegeben. Durch das Vernetzen der Verwaltung mit Eigentümer:innen, Investierenden und Nutzenden erreichte Chemnitz eine nachhaltige und ressourcenschonende Entwicklung dieser Gebäude. Nach zweieinhalb Jahren gemeinsamer Arbeit hielt ALT/BAU am 19. April 2021 seine Abschlussveranstaltung ab. Wir geben einen Einblick in die Ergebnisse der Netzwerkarbeit.
