The EVIDENCE ANALYSIS & IMPROVEMENT TABLE aims to identify, gather and analyse sources of relevant information to get a proper and complete overview of the issue. This tool provides a framework for brainstormings and knowledge exchanges when used with local stakeholders. It helps make sure the challenge has been well defined, to set pertinent objectives and solutions, and at a later stage, to monitor the progress made.
Who is the tool for? | When should the tool be used? |
City practitioner in charge of multi-stakeholder groups – Local stakeholder | It should be used at the beginning of the project, once the problem has been clearly stated and framed. It can be repeated several times during the project cycle if needed. It can be used for brainstormings and for idea knowledge exchanges. |
How to use it online?
This tool can be used during virtual meetings to organise an online collaborative exercise. The Evidence Analysis and improvement table can be uploaded in an online collaborative whiteboard platform (such as Miro, Mural...) or in a Google sheet and participants can then fill in the table thanks to virtual sticky notes.
