Come In! community festivals find new ways to set sustainable models

In uncertain times like this pandemic sustainability is one of the most challenging issues for community festivals. Come In! partner cities share their ideas in finding new and innovative formats to ensure adequate resources and engage people in the long term for their initiatives.

Tallinn ULG is back on track

The Estonian URBACT Local Group gathered together to start making plans for the new school year. The session provided an overview of the current situation of the ON BOARD project, previous work carried on and future plans.

Προκειμένου να επιτύχουν τις φιλοδοξίες τους για μηδενικές εκπομπές διοξειδίου του άνθρακα μέχρι το 2038 (Zero Carbon 2038), το δημοτικό συμβούλιο του Μάντσεστερ προσπάθησε να μειώσει τις μικρές, περιττές διαδρομές με το αυτοκίνητο, ειδικά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Η καραντίνα (lockdown) βοήθησε για την πεζοδρόμηση τμημάτων του κέντρου της πόλης.
