Presentation of the Territory : 

The urban community of GrandAngoulême is a public institution for inter-municipal cooperation located in the department of Charente and the region of Nouvelle Aquitaine. The city center is Angoulême. GrandAngoulême covers a territory of 38 municipalities and has about 141,000 inhabitants.

Est Ensemble is an urbanized, working-class, densely populated, and dynamic area, with 17,000 housing units completed since 2020. There are 78,700 social housing units registered under the Solidarity and urban renewal law.

Callosa de Segura (Spain) is leading the CROP-CIRCLE Action Network, an initiative designed to transform traditional local crops and natural resources into high-value biomaterials. Our network is already at an advanced stage, aiming to replace plastics and synthetic materials with sustainable alternatives that foster a circular bioeconomy and green reindustrialization.

UPSTAND – Urban Partnerships and Strategies for Transforming Attitudes, Norms, and Data for inclusive safety and equality (Working Title)
 

The municipality of Etterbeek is characterised by a significant and highly diverse youth population, within an urban context marked by strong social and cultural diversity (with more than 150 nationalities and a variety of socio-cultural profiles). Nearly 6,700 young people aged 12 to 24 live in the municipality, in addition to a large number of students attending secondary schools and higher education institutions located in and around the area.
